Sol Babies class (0-12 month or not yet walking) offers gentle strengthening yoga to tone a mother's body after delivery and build stamina, as well as relaxing poses and meditation to calm your mind and your baby. The class also includes massage, stretches & play for your baby. All levels are welcome and you may begin class as soon as you feel ready for exercise, though a common guide line is 6 weeks postpartum. 45 min class. Limited space.

Playful Practice: Connecting with your children through yoga: Join your child for this fun mix of yoga movements, breath, music, games and partner work (including Acro yoga moves!). Enjoy a fun afternoon of quality time and instill the love of yoga in your child. This class is designed for children ages 5-8, but is appropriate for children 3 and up.
Ohm-Azing Kids! Designed for children on the autism spectrum and a parent/guardian, this adult-child series will incorporate exercises and use of yoga props that help with grounding and healthy breathing. By learning and practicing these exercises along with and for their child, parents may become empowered with extra tools they can use to help their child manage difficult behaviors and experiences encountered in daily life and build confidence in themselves, their child, and the relationship shared by both. Little Family Yoga is for strong walkers thru 4 years old. As role models, parents will guide children through preschooler friendly yoga poses with songs, stories and games. Through social interaction, repetition and play children learn how to improve motor skills, relieve frustration and increase attention span by following directions.
